Esther von Shoenberg, s\u00e5ngl\u00e4rare och dirigent, \u00e4r grundare till Vocalise – en r\u00f6sttr\u00e4ningsapp f\u00f6r k\u00f6r- och solos\u00e5ngare som vill utveckla sin s\u00e5ngr\u00f6st. Appen bygger p\u00e5 kunskap om l\u00e4rande och hj\u00e4rnan och inneh\u00e5ller ett sex m\u00e5nader l\u00e5ngt tr\u00e4ningsprogram med \u00f6vningar f\u00f6r r\u00f6st, kropp och sinne som g\u00f6r s\u00e5ngtr\u00e4ning hemma effektiv och lustfylld.<\/p>\n

Id\u00e9n till Vocalise fick Esther efter att ha f\u00f6tt sitt andra barn.<\/p>\n

\u00ad\u00ad\u00ad\u00ad\u00ad\u00ad\u00ad\u00ad\u00ad\u00ad\u00ad\u00ad\u00ad\u00ad\u00ad\u00ad- Jag saknade min r\u00f6st efter jag f\u00e5tt barn, kroppen hade haft det sv\u00e5rt och jag hade tappat b\u00e5de styrka och flexibilitet. Genom att anv\u00e4nda en tr\u00e4ningsapp hittade jag motivation och regelbundenhet i min fysiska tr\u00e4ning och uppt\u00e4ckte att \u00e4ven min r\u00f6st blev b\u00e4ttre. Det gav mig insikten att samma principer kan till\u00e4mpas f\u00f6r att tr\u00e4na och utveckla s\u00e5ngteknik. N\u00e4r man sl\u00e4pper p\u00e5 sp\u00e4nningar i k\u00e4ken, nacken, axlar och rygg befriar man ocks\u00e5 r\u00f6sten, s\u00e4ger Esther von Shoenberg.<\/p>\n

Esther \u00e4r en holl\u00e4ndsk sopran, s\u00e5ngl\u00e4rare och dirigent med masterexamen i klassisk s\u00e5ng fr\u00e5n ArtEZ University of the Arts i Nederl\u00e4nderna. De senaste fem \u00e5ren har Esther bott och arbetat i Sverige och under den tiden knytit till sig ett team med kompetenser inom fysioterapi, talterapi, musikl\u00e4ra och komposition som alla bidragit till utvecklingen av appen.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Ambitionen \u00e4r att erbjuda tr\u00e4ningsprogram med r\u00f6sten som utg\u00e5ngspunkt till fler m\u00e5lgrupper. Just nu sker ett samarbete tillsammans med\u00a0Ume\u00e5 Universitet och svenska hj\u00e4rnstiftelsen Hj\u00e4rnkraft med m\u00e5let att g\u00f6ra en version av appen som st\u00f6djer rehabiliteringsprocessen hos personer med hj\u00e4rnskador.<\/p>\n
