Genom f\u00f6retaget Mowes i Norrland tar Moa ett helhetsgrepp om h\u00e4lsa och v\u00e4lm\u00e5ende ute hos f\u00f6retag med m\u00e5let att beh\u00e5lla friska och arbetskraftiga medarbetare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Jag vill \u00f6ka kunskapsl\u00e4get om h\u00e4lsof\u00f6rebyggande insatser som g\u00f6r att f\u00f6retag kan spara pengar, beh\u00e5lla v\u00e4lm\u00e5ende medarbetare och attrahera nya kompetenser. Det l\u00f6nar sig att l\u00e4gga insatserna f\u00f6rebyggande ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r att ta tag i sjukskrivningar. Jag kombinerar f\u00f6rel\u00e4sningar om bland annat \u00e5terh\u00e4mtning f\u00f6r \u00f6kat v\u00e4lm\u00e5ende och prestation tillsammans med r\u00f6relser och coachning, s\u00e4ger Moa Westman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sedan 2014 har Moa h\u00e5llit yogaklasser, yogaretreats, utbildningar och tagit emot PT-kunder, mestadels i samarbete med Yogastudion Ume\u00e5 som blivit en viktig spr\u00e5ngbr\u00e4da f\u00f6r Moas fortsatta satsning i egen regi. Likt Yogastudion Ume\u00e5, som startade sin entrepren\u00f6rsresa p\u00e5 f\u00f6retagsinkubatorn BIC Factory i Ume\u00e5 2013, tar nu Moa plats i BIC Factorys digitala koncept BIC-workaround f\u00f6r att under tv\u00e5 \u00e5rs tid f\u00e5 st\u00f6d f\u00f6r fortsatt vidareutveckling och tillv\u00e4xt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Det k\u00e4nns otroligt sp\u00e4nnande att f\u00e5 ing\u00e5 i ett n\u00e4tverk tillsammans med andra drivna entrepren\u00f6rer, samtidigt som jag f\u00e5r ett otroligt kompetent st\u00f6d fr\u00e5n BIC.
